Marketing / Event Planning Internship
Powered by Professionals is a well-respected and growing marketing firm with a focus to help make the world a better place by connecting individuals, families and companies to volunteer opportunities that have meaning to them or by assisting them in creating and managing their own charitable organization. We are located in New York City and are always seeking enthusiastic people to join our team of interns.

This position will focus on database management, event planning, public relations work, as well as handling much of the administrative and office work. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated and has an innate passion and understanding of philanthropy, charitable giving and the importance of networking and relationships building. The candidates should have strong writing and computer skills.

The position is available to junior and senior college students as well as graduate students.

The position is unpaid; however, we do reimburse travel expenses. Hours are somewhat flexible; however, a minimum of 15 hours is required along with a minimum of a three month commitment.
