Chloe Bugat

Chloe Bugat joined Powered by Professionals in January 2026. Her career is focused on the nonprofit sector. She brings experience in volunteer, client, and relationship management services from her tenure at the international economic development organization Catalyste+ where she served as a Volunteer Services Coordinator. And as a Philanthropic Development Associate at Centraide of Greater Montreal (a division of United Way), she focused on fundraising and development. In both roles, she worked bilingually in French and English.

Chloe’s career in nonprofit development work stems from her motivation to fund nonprofits and their missions in order to provide critical resources to people and communities. She is particularly passionate about work done at the local level, where she believes organizations can have the maximum impact on improving lives, opportunity, and equity in the communities they serve.

Chloe graduated from McGill University in 2023 and remained in Montreal to begin her career. Now calling New York her home, she brings an international background and perspective thanks to her experience studying, working, living, and traveling abroad as a dual American–French citizen. Chloe is fluent in French, and also speaks Italian and German language.
